Firearms / weapon:

• Documents required - Original bill of lading, invoice, packing list, exemption certificate from ministry of foreign affairs.

Alcoholic Beverages/Tobacco:

• Allowed for diplomatic only.

Duties:

• All electrical items are dutiable - other items may be allowed duty free if the individual is granted transfer of residence permission. Non diplomatic / Privileged person's effects are exempted from duty / taxes but are liable to physical examination of goods by customs.

Vehicles:

• Documents required: ocean bill of lading / air waybill, Form "A" (customs), passports, invoice, packing and import permit. Rate of duty varies.
